Support Production Managers throughout the entire event lifecycle, from pre-production and on-sale through event settlement;
Assist with production logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment rentals, transportation, and backstage operations;
Prepare and maintain show budgets, forecasts, expense tracking, cash reconciliations, and post-show recaps;
Process invoices, monitor payments, and assist with financial administration and show settlements;
Coordinate production staffing, employee scheduling, payroll entry, and related reporting
