The role is working within our People Fun studio.

People Fun is an award-winning creator of mobile games for players across the globe. People Fun is a Dallas-based game studio founded and led by game industry veterans, where game developers thrive on collaboration, creativity, teamwork, and fun. Our games are played by over 25 million players each month, and we have a number of exciting mobile games in development to fuel the future growth of People Fun.

We're looking for a Playable Ad Developer to own playable ad production across all games 'll convert our existing titles into HTML5 playable experiences, build tools and processes that scale production and actively use AI to increase output and quality. This is a hands-on role with real scope - you're not just executing briefs, you're helping shape how we build playables as a studio.

• Own the end-to-end creation of playable ads across all People Fun games
• Build scalable processes and tooling to increase production volume and consistency
• Leverage AI tools to speed up and improve playable ad development
• Optimise playables for user experience, performance and cross-platform compatibility
• Collaborate with marketing, creative producers, artists and animators

• 2+ years of experience developing Playable Ads or HTML games
• Hands-on use of AI tools in development workflow
• Experience with adaptive composition and JS/CSS animation
• Comfortable working with Git
• Curious, self-driven and eager to explore new tools and approaches
• Portfolio of playable ads (required)
