You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and ownership
, with visibility few FP&A roles offer.

Your impact:

• Translate operational noise into clear EBITDA drivers
• Build forecasts people trust — and act on
• Diagnose margin by SKU, customer, and channel (not averages)
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Procurement on real cost levers
  : commodities, yield, labor, freight
• Support CAPEX decisions with ROI logic that survives board scrutiny
• Prepare investor-grade insight — not vanity reporting

This is a role where FP&A drives decisions

You’ll likely recognise yourself in most of this:

• FP&A background in manufacturing within food/CPG
• Comfortable in PE-backed, fast-change environments (PE Experience advantegeous but not essential)
• Commercially minded — you care why the number moved
• Confident challenging senior leaders with facts, not opinions
• Happy working with imperfect data if it leads to better decisions
• Ambitious — you want a path, not a plateau

Titles flex. This could suit a strong FP&A Manager ready to step up
, or a Director-level operator who wants ownership and visibility.
