Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and perform timely bank reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger operations and ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and accurate aging reports.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales tax returns in compliance with local tax laws and deadlines.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Track daily cash flow and monitor financial obligations and commitments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company internal financial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience:
  
  (1-4 )years experience in professional accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
• Solid understanding of tax laws and financial reporting, especially related to sales tax/VAT.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• High integrity, professionalism, and team collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills.
