Innovative client located outside of the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a Sr Accounting Manager with strong consolidations and financial reporting experience. This Sr Accounting Manager will conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, oversee the month end close process, monitor expense accruals, assist with fixed assets, maintain & resolve general ledger discrepancies, create solutions for process improvement, monitor cash flow, ensure compliance with local tax requirements, manage journal entry tracking, and assist with the financial planning process.
If you hold a high level of financial modeling skills, have strong technical accounting abilities, and can safeguard company assets, this may be the role for you!

Requirements
The ideal Sr Accounting Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Finance.
Other requirements for the Sr Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 7+ years of overall accounting experience including 2+ years of supervisory experience
· CPA a MUST
· Consolidations experience a MUST
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· SAP a plus
· In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and regulatory requirements
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
