Behind every great campaign is a finance team making sure ideas come to life responsibly - and sustainably.
At Publicis Health, the Finance team keeps our business running. As a Finance Intern, you'll learn how financial decisions shape real advertising work. You'll support tasks like forecasting budgets, analyzing gaps in financial data, reconciling accounts, and assisting with client billing - all while gaining an inside look at how a major agency operates.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves problem‑solving, enjoys getting into the details, and wants hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
What You'll Learn:
* How financial planning and forecasting support agency operations
* How to investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data
* How general ledger processes work in a large organization
* How billing, reconciliations, and client financial management come together
* How finance partners with account teams, project managers, and leadership
Qualifications

What You'll Bring:
* You're a rising junior or senior enrolled full‑time at an accredited 4‑year college or university
* You're pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* You have strong organizational and communication skills
* You're comfortable with MS Office - Excel skills like Pivot Tables are a plus
* You're legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* You're able to commute to the office location listed in the internship posting

Compensation Range: $20 - $20 an hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
