Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Acquisitions Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in real estate investment and portfolio growth strategies. This internship offers direct exposure to the acquisition lifecycle-from deal sourcing and underwriting to due diligence and closing. The intern will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to better understand how strategic investment decisions are made and executed.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Assist with financial underwriting and cash flow modeling for potential acquisitions

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions

* Review property financials, rent rolls, and operating statements

* Support due diligence efforts, including document organization and analysis

* Prepare investment summary materials and presentations for internal review

* Track pipeline activity and maintain acquisition reporting tools

* Participate in internal deal discussions and strategy meetings

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 3.25 GPA requirement

* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills

* Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling experience preferred)

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

* Requirement:
Must be able to attend company paid, multi-day, travel to Tampa Corporate Office.
