You will:

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Our CFO Advisory team provides hands-on accounting and finance support to private equity-backed portfolio companies across a variety of industries throughout the U.S.

As a Senior Manager (Senior Principal), you will serve as a highly experienced finance operator and leader embedded within client engagements. You will be responsible for executing complex and high-impact accounting and finance work streams, preparing key deliverables, and providing leadership in driving overall client outcomes.

This role is 'hands-on' and requires the ability to operate with a high degree of independence within assigned engagements with structured oversight and support, applying sound judgment in dynamic environments and consistently delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs. You will work directly with portfolio company management teams during periods of growth, transition, and operational change.

You will:

• Execute complex accounting and finance optimization work streams within a structured engagement model
• Manage assigned responsibilities within an engagement, ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well-structured, and client-ready outputs
• Apply strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational finance concepts to support financial reporting, close process improvement, audit readiness, and operational analyses
• Participate in and contribute to client discussions, including status updates, with well-prepared inputs and supporting materials
• Provide meaningful support to engagement leadership in coordination, planning alignment, and delivery of key outputs
