To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage core financial planning processes, maintain operational and financial forecast models, and prepare financial performance packages for executive leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and department-level planning while partnering with business owners
- Prepare and present monthly financial performance packages, including variance analysis and trend commentary
- Build financial models to evaluate new market entry, partnership structures, and capital deployment decisions
- 3-6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth operator finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Experience mentoring analyst colleagues
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and document assumptions transparently
