Treasury Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA Area (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

We're seeking a Treasury Specialist to join a collaborative corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate accounting who is looking to grow within a stable organization.

• Manage corporate bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash transactions.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain vendor banking information and treasury systems.
• Prepare banking documentation, including W-9s and wire instructions.
• Support accounting and finance initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience.
• Experience with wire transfers, ACH payments, bank account administration, and cash management.
• Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus.
