Role
Description:
Provide high-level administrative support in our Philadelphia office supporting leaders across our Fixed Income division. Manage calendars, coordinates meetings, and prioritizes executive schedules Process expense reports and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed Execute various ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership. Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role. Financial industry experience is preferred. Nomura Leadership Behaviours Explore Insights & Vision:

* base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
