Chase - 1100 Market Street - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check-in and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals;
Assist with branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, in accordance with bank policies
