Providing essential loan support remotely, the full-time Non-Agency Scenario Desk Specialist will guide employees through underwriting and loan scenario questions, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to product guidelines.
Key responsibilities- Provide daily loan support via a ticketing system, phone calls, and email for underwriting and loan scenario inquiries
- Review and respond to general underwriting scenarios while assisting Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and guidelines
- Analyze complex income documentation and create technical resources to aid in understanding lending processes
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience with knowledge of multiple agency and investor guidelines
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to create technical documentation and guides
