Financial Analyst
Financial Analyst
Position supports assigned enterprise division, geographic market or hospital campuses working directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision making. Evaluates performance and looks for process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin.
Job Duties
- Provides monthly financial performance review of assigned portfolios activity to senior leadership.
- Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various financial, corporate and clinical systems
- Reviews and performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.
- Assess opportunities timely to provide action items in order to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 7 years Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- 7 years in Healthcare Finance.
- CPA
- Certified Public Accountant
- State of Pennsylvania
Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use,
* patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
