Job Title

- Ensure that all Hanwha Philly Shipyard safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met.
- Support production management in accurate cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting of production direct and indirect expenses, and recommend actions to reduce cost.
- Update cost reports, including variance analyses related to production direct and indirect expenses on a weekly basis.
- Reflect budget adjustments from approved make-or-buys, owner's change orders, and other budget transfers in cost reports related to production direct and indirect expenses.
- Ensure all cost reporting aligns with company policies, cost management standards, and audit requirements.
- Support financial audits.
- Ad hoc cost analyses and reports.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Ability to communicate with people of all levels in the organization, verbally and written
Competence in cost concepts and analytical capabilities in the preparation of cost analyses

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Willingness and ability to work as a team member
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties performed in an office area environment within a manufacturing facility. Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.

This is an onsite, full-time, safety-sensitive position. Standard days and hours of work vary by department, days and hours determined by department schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Discipline or 10 years of experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in cost analysis
- Competence in cost concepts and analytical capabilities in the preparation of cost analyses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Construction industry and International experience is a plus
