Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, taxation, and business partnering? We are looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and IFRS/IAS standards
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
- Strengthen internal controls and lead audit engagements
- Drive ERP utilization, finance process improvements, and automation projects
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, or similar industries preferred
- Strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, treasury, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic financial planning expertise
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and business performance
