Chartered Accountant; CA

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS.
• Handle taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making.
• Work on payroll processing and expense management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Experience with Tally, Excel, and financial tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the education or EdTech sector
• Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
