Chief Financial Officer

Description Kforce's client, a dynamic, privately held healthcare technology company on an accelerated growth trajectory and preparing for a future public offering, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Summary:

Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team, helping guide the company's next phase of growth and value creation. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build and lead a world-class finance organization while playing a key role in shaping the company's path to the public markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy
* Oversee SEC reporting and public-company readiness initiatives
* Direct Investor Relations, SOX compliance, Treasury, and risk management functions
* Evaluate and execute M&A and other strategic growth opportunities
* Partner with executive leadership on long-term business planning and operational strategy
* Serve as the primary financial resource to the Board of Directors, including the Audit and Compensation Committees The company offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:

* 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including recent CFO experience with a publicly traded company generating $100M+ in annual revenue
* Prior experience in the healthcare and/or technology sectors is highly desirable
* Proven expertise overseeing SEC reporting, investor relations, SOX compliance, treasury operations, mergers & acquisitions, and other core corporate finance functions
* Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing finance organizations within dynamic, high-growth environments
* Strategic business partner with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and shareholder value
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage boards, investors, and senior leadership teams
