Responsibilities:- Provide care to geriatric patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Document patient information
- Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
- Active PA license, DEA, BLS
- M-F schedule; 20 hours per week
- No weekends, no call
- Competitive hourly rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
