At Community Autism Services, now partnered with Bluebird ABA, we believe effective behavioral intervention happens in the environments where children live and learn. Our Licensed Behavior Specialists play a critical role in supporting students across school, home, and community settings. This role blends clinical independence with collaborative support. You'll partner closely with schools, families, and interdisciplinary providers while delivering individualized, data-driven ABA services grounded in relationship-based and person-centered care.

* Clinical Service Rate:
Competitive rate paid for all high-level clinical services provided (including BHT supervision and assessment and treatment planning)
* Direct Service Rate:

Role Overview
As a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), you will provide behavioral consultation and direct ABA services to children and adolescents across school, home, and community settings. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, collaborate closely with educators and caregivers, and ensure services are clinically sound, ethical, and effective in natural environments.

* Provide medically necessary ABA services primarily within school settings, with additional home and community support as needed
* Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland)
