Temple Health - - - Responsibilities:
Assist the pharmacist in the preparation, dispensing, distribution, and return of patient medications.;
Maintain automated technology equipment and package unit-dose medications.;
Perform medication reconciliation by obtaining medication and allergy histories for patients admitted from the Emergency Department.;
Document activities and ensure regulatory compliance.;
Enter medication histories into the computer system used by clinicians to determine treatment plans.
