Pay$22-26 per hour
AboutThe Role

, we help patients experience life‑changing vision correction every day. We’re looking for a warm, proactive Patient Advocate to guide patients through their LASIK and cataract journey—from first contact through post‑op follow‑up.

What You’ll DoYou’ll serve as a trusted point of contact and help create an exceptional patient experience. You will serve as a Surgical Coordinator for multiple physicians.
Patient Care & Coordination- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email and schedule consultations
- Follow up with prospective patients using software systems
- Educate patients and families about LASIK and cataract surgery options
- Coordinate surgery logistics including:
- Consent forms and documentation
- Financing coordination
- Ride scheduling
- Medical clearance
- Post‑operative instructions and follow‑up
- Ensure accurate chart completion and data entry pre‑and post‑procedure
- Assist with phone coverage and general scheduling when needed
- Maintain inventory of patient education materials and office supplies
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing practice updates

ScheduleMonday: 7:00 am—3:30 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am—5:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am—3:30 pm
Saturday (rotating schedule): 8:00 am—12:00 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, tech‑savvy, and able to multitask
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices
- Customer service or patient‑facing healthcare experience
- Experience with EMR software, MDI, or similar systems
