Job Details

We're seeking an Associate Director to lead revenue cycle operations within our Radiology group. This role oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle-pre-registration, financial clearance, documentation, coding, billing, and collections-while driving strategies to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee billing operations, collections, and financial performance for Radiology practices.

Monitor and improve KPIs such as charge lag, claim edits, and self-pay collections.

Partner with leadership, physicians, and finance teams to ensure operational and financial success.

Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.

Manage, train, and develop revenue cycle staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare.

Strong knowledge of billing, coding, reimbursement, denials, and EHR systems.

Proven leadership, process improvement, and financial acumen.
