A well-established and growing long-term care organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven healthcare leader with a proven record of success in managing multi-facility operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in resident care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to multiple skilled nursing facilities within the assigned region

  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care

  • Partner with facility administrators to strengthen clinical, financial, and customer service outcomes

  • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability

  • Mentor and support facility leadership teams to achieve organizational goals

  • Monitor key metrics including census, reimbursement, labor management, and survey outcomes

  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required (multi-state licensure a plus)

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care

  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and growth initiatives
