About the Position

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled RN with strong cardiac OR experience to scrub and circulate for advanced cardiac surgeries including CABGs, valve repairs/replacements, and transplants. Must be flexible to float to other OR specialties as needed and participate in on-call rotation. Orientation will be 5x8s during the first week, transitioning to 12-hour shifts thereafter. This is a high-acuity role in a collaborative surgical environment using Epic for charting.

Requirements
Requirements:

Active PA or Compact RN License  – Required at submission

Minimum 3 years of recent Cardiac OR experience

Must have experience with  CABG, Valve Repairs, LVADs, Heart Transplants

Ability to scrub and circulate cardiac surgeries

Vascular/Thoracic surgery experience (EVAR, TEVAR, AAA)  – Preferred

EPIC experience  – Required

On-call required:  4 shifts per 13-week contract

First-time travelers accepted  with qualifying experience
