About the Role:

Kidology, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated

Occupational Therapy Lead (OT Manager) to join our pediatric therapy team in a full-time, in-clinic leadership role. This position is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to grow into or continue in a leadership position.

You will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care we provide by combining direct occupational therapy services with leadership, mentorship, and administrative oversight for our growing occupational therapy division.

Starting Salary:

Based on experience $75-78k

  • Performance Bonuses

Work Schedule:

5 days/week, may be in clinic or surrounding daycares

  • Expected Weekly

    Hours:

    40 hours total, this includes billable/direct therapy hours, hours for supervision, admin, and leadership duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to a pediatric caseload
  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and participation
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and developmental delays
  • Collaborate with caregivers, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, BCBAs, and educators
  • Monitor client progress and update goals and intervention strategies as needed
  • Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with insurance and regulatory standards
Leadership & Supervision:
  • Supervise COTAs and OTs in accordance with state licensure guidelines
  • Conduct documentation audits and provide structured, supportive feedback
  • Lead regular team huddles, mentorship meetings, and clinical trainings
  • Track and support supervisee growth and professional development
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new team members
  • Organize and lead monthly division meetings
  • Collaborate with HR and the Clinical Director to address clinical concerns and performance matters
Program Development & Administrative Support:
  • Assist in developing and updating clinical protocols, training materials, and treatment resources
  • Review treatment plans and intervention materials submitted by assistants
  • Support recruitment, community outreach, and networking initiatives as needed
  • Partner with leadership on caseload management, productivity expectations, and compliance initiatives
  • Represent Kidology at community events and professional functions when appropriate
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active PA state OT license
  • Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience
  • Previous supervision or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, family-centered care and collaborative teamwork
