Greet guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out and arrange transportation when necessary.;
Keep bell closet clean and neat, polish bell carts daily, and maintain lobby area and public areas tidy.;
Deliver messages, packages, flowers, and other items to guest rooms on request.;
When concierge is unavailable, book tours and assist with general information inquiries.;
Assist valet during busy periods and cover lunch breaks.
