Compass Group - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure procedures are completed to unit's standards.;
Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.;
Resolves internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.;
Coordinates assigned staff breaks and prepares and distributes assignment sheets; reviews priorities.;
Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met and assists staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
