* Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
* Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer processes
* Deliver a consistent, transparent, and respectful candidate experience
* Represent the company's mission, culture, and operating reality accurately to candidates
* Support hiring managers in improving interview readiness, feedback quality, and decision timelines
* Contribute to intake quality and role calibration by asking hard questions and surfacing tradeoffs
* Partner with People Operations and the VP, People & Culture to improve onboarding consistency and early ramp experience
* Identify gaps in hiring process, manager capability, or role clarity and propose practical improvements
* Flex between pure recruiting execution and broader talent support as business needs shift

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
* High attention to detail and strong follow through
Bonus Points
* Experience operating beyond pure recruiting execution in a high growth or resource constrained environment
* Demonstrated judgment in navigating incomplete information, shifting priorities, and competing stakeholder needs
* Exposure to workforce planning, onboarding design, or manager enablement
