Multi-Unit Engagement Manager

Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives in the field and loves building strong teams? We’re looking for a Multi-Unit People Engagement Manager to support multiple fast food locations and partner closely with leaders to create a positive, consistent employee experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present with teams, coaching leaders, and driving engagement across a fast-paced, multi-unit operation.

• Serve as a visible HR partner across multiple locations
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
• Support managers with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
• Partner with field leadership to identify people-related challenges and solutions
• Support onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives
• Conduct or assist with employee investigations when needed

• 3+ Years of previous work expierence in fast food
• Bi-Lingual English & Spanish is REQUIRED
• Multi-unit or field-based experience preferred
• Previous work expierence with fast food or in fast food HR role REQUIRED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable traveling between locations
