Contract recruiter, HR​/Recruitment

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients. As a virtual recruiter, you will work remotely to connect with potential candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the life insurance industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Conduct virtual interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales openings.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including explaining job responsibilities, company culture, and compensation structure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer extension, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent in the competitive life insurance sales field.

• Proven experience in recruiting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and virtual recruitment tools.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
