Overview

Join a dynamic supplier relations team as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in managing complex contract lifecycle projects. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely on high-impact initiatives that streamline procurement and vendor management processes. You will coordinate multiple work streams, ensure data integrity, and collaborate closely with system admins and internal teams to enhance system capabilities. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate intricate data environments will contribute to the success of critical contract migration and system improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple work streams and manage complex contract lifecycle projects
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and processes
  • Collaborate with system admins and internal teams to enhance system capabilities
  • Support contract migration activities and system improvements
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data management
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple interconnected initiatives
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems such as Ironclad and Lockpath
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, extract relevant data, and ensure data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in navigating complex systems and processes
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with procurement or vendor management
  • Familiarity with Oracle and related systems
  • Knowledge of legacy data migration processes
  • Mortgage or loan processing experience
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience is valued more highly
  • Two or more years experience working with contract management or procurement systems
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work EST hours remotely
  • Willingness to assist with data migration, system enhancements, and process documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Contract position with potential for extension or conversion
