Skills & Requirements

AI & Data Science Development

  • Assist in developing AI-powered workflows for document classification, metadata tagging, proposal analysis, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Support the creation of predictive models for cost forecasting, benchmarking, and risk analysis using historical project data.
  • Help design and deploy chatbots and copilots to assist with internal task automation and knowledge access.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives such as conceptual budget builders, subcontractor review tools, and compliance checkers.

Data Structuring & Integration

  • Collaborate with the Construction Data & Technology Integrator to structure and prepare data for AI/ML applications.
  • Support data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering processes.
  • Assist in maintaining data pipelines and integrations across platforms like SharePoint, Procore, Assemble, and estimating software.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with stakeholders across departments (Preconstruction, VDC, Scheduling, Field Ops) to identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
  • Promote AI literacy by supporting training programs and documentation efforts.
  • Stay current with trends in AI, machine learning, and construction technology.
  • Participate in the AI Strategic Committee to share knowledge and align on tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI/ML, data analytics, or construction technology.

Preferred Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar AI productivity tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to construction workflows, estimating processes, or project management software.
  • Experience with platforms like Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, or Assemble is a plus.
