You Are:
A strong Salesforce Functional Lead with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You're not daunted by sophisticated problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills, and you are phenomenal at bringing out the best in team members.
The Work:
* Lead business architecture for claims, reimbursement, and post-sale service domains across automotive and financial services.
* Define target-state business capabilities, operating models, and value streams aligned to enterprise strategy.
* Translate business strategy into Salesforce-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
* Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on digital transformation and platform strategy.
* Claims & Reimbursement Expertise
* Architect solutions for claims intake, validation, adjudication, approval, payment, recovery, and audit.
* Design reimbursement workflows for dealers, partners, vendors, and customers.
* Address regulatory, compliance, auditability, and financial controls within Salesforce solutions.
* Optimize dispute management, appeals, chargebacks, and exception handling.
* Salesforce Solution Leadership
* Lead design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and custom claims frameworks.
* Define data models, integrations, automation, and reporting for claims and reimbursement.
* Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform design.
* Stakeholder & Program Leadership
* Partner with executives, product leaders, and operations teams to define priorities and outcomes.
* Lead workshops, journey mapping, and capability modeling sessions.
* Guide delivery teams including architects, product owners, developers, and QA.
* Mentor business architects, analysts, and solution designers.
* Ensure solutions meet financial, regulatory, and audit requirements.
* Define controls for data privacy, security, retention, and reporting.
* Support risk, compliance, and audit teams during reviews and implementations.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years experience implementing and/or running Salesforce programs and projects
* Minimum of 5 years crafting solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering).
* Minimum of 2 years experience/helping with pre-sales, sales and other origination duties/responsibilities
* Minimum of 2 years experience supporting claims and reimbursement business processes within the automotive sector.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)
Bonus points if:
* 10 years of experience delivering Salesforce Claims projects
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
