• Act as the trusted technical advisor for customers, impacting business development
• Understand customer business needs and discuss appropriate solutions and project approaches
• Present product capabilities and address customer inquiries during solution scoping workshops
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs to qualify offerings for utility bids
• Create technical evaluations with suitable solutions and clearly defined expectations

• What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Background in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or related field
  • Approximately 2 years of business and technical sales support experience in critical infrastructure automation software
  • Experience in Utility Operations and IT Design is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
  • Passion for learning and educating others about energy management challenges
• How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, or DERMS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in sales operations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support (15% or less)
