Who We Are

Salute is Chubb's newest business roundtable, dedicated to supporting employees who are military veterans, active service members, military spouses and military family members. The group's mission is to increase Chubb's ability to attract, retain and foster the career development of veteran and military talent, while serving as a catalyst for market-facing initiatives that attract diverse business opportunities, and enhance Chubb's brand recognition among prospective employees, distribution partners, customers and business communities.

Salute members explore opportunities and challenges specific to the military community while networking with each other and with leaders throughout the company.

Now that you are connected through our Talent Watch Community, Chubb's Talent Acquisition team will review your profile, including qualifications and interests, to identify potential opportunities to discuss with you.
