We are restarting the search for a highly experienced Service Now Technology Consultant (TC) with significant hands‑on project experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) – Enterprise Architecture (EA, formerly APM).

The consultant will support configuration activities and provide strategic advisory guidance to the customer on Enterprise Architecture, including TPM/TRM alignment and best practices.

• Lead and support SPM Enterprise Architecture (EA/APM) configuration activities.
• Provide advisory direction on EA data model, lifecycle management, and governance best practices
  .
• Guide implementation of Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) / Technology Reference Model (TRM) frameworks within SPM.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure EA capabilities align with enterprise strategy.
• Review and validate architecture configurations, integrations, and reporting structures.
• Provide recommendations on EA roadmap, maturity improvement, and platform optimization.
• Ensure alignment with Service Now best practices and scalable design standards.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now SPM – Enterprise Architecture (EA/APM).
• Proven project experience implementing TPM/TRM frameworks within Service Now.
• Experience supporting configuration and providing strategic architecture advisory.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, portfolio alignment, and application rationalization.
• Ability to engage with customer stakeholders and provide thought leadership.

• Service Now CIS-SPM certification.
• Prior experience in large‑scale or enterprise‑wide EA implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
