What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to regression testing for releases and high-impact feature changes
- Collaborate early with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Triage bugs from internal and external sources and ensure issues are clearly documented
- Monitor and investigate production issues to support product stability and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related technical fields
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Xcode, Android Studio, and Charles Proxy
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, networking basics, and REST APIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of automated testing tools or frameworks
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA best practices
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines
