Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Service Now Telecom Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Service Now Telecom Developer, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting innovative telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and configure applications in line with architectural design recommendations to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and configurations.

What's Needed?

• Extensive hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules (6+ years).
• Proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within Service Now.
• Active Service Now certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are required.
• Experience with Service Now AI capabilities is a plus.
• Industry-specific Service Now experience in telecom is essential for success in this role.
