Roles and Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Custom Application Development:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the Service Now platform.

• Integration:
Manage and implement integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

Technical

Skills:



• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

• Strong understanding of Service Now modules, including ITSM, CSM

• Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

•

Certifications:

Service Now Certified System Administrator, Service Now Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.

•

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

•

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
