Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Lab Support Engineer to manage and support lab environments, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in test labs, R&D environments, or enterprise IT setups
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for lab infrastructure
, including desktops, servers, and network devices - Install, configure, and maintain lab equipment, test systems, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network-related issues in a timely manner
- Support lab users, engineers, and developers with technical issues
- Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lab documentation
- Perform OS imaging, patching, and system upgrades
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for lab setup, relocation, and expansion
- Ensure lab compliance with security and safety standards
- Maintain network connectivity (LAN/WAN, switches, routers) within the lab
