Position Title:
Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Location:
Onsite - Newark, NJ
Duration: 7+ months with high possibilities of extension
Pay Range: $25-26.5/hr on W2
Description:
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Monitoring - Network & Server Monitoring
Major incident management and escalation
Maintains and debugs network, server and end user devices including day-to-day hands on support as required.
Notify, dispatch, and direct designated 3rd parties for dispatch support to client locations as required.
Provides escalation from help desk.
Uses monitoring and debugging tools to identify, investigate, isolate and resolve issues with infrastructure.
Identifies, solutions and resolves issues associated with infrastructure.
Investigates and resolves performance issues and system optimization.
Keeps project leadership and end users advised of progress.
Manage and maintain inventory and spares and distribution as needed from the depot.
Provide coordination and escort for physical access at the site as required for 3rd party maintenance vendors
Provide Incident resolution or other required support action that cannot be accomplished without onsite support
Ready to work in shifts
100% at Client location
