Compensation: $80-100/hr W2
Location:
Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1 day/week)
Seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the transformation of a digital Help & Support experience. This role will own backlog management, requirements gathering, and roadmap execution while partnering with senior product leaders, UX, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
- Experience building or enhancing customer-facing digital experiences
- Strong backlog management and requirements writing skills
- Experience working closely with UX, Design, and Engineering teams
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of digital customer journeys
- Telecom industry experience preferred but not required
