Compensation: $80-100/hr W2
Location:
Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1 day/week)
Seeking a strategic Product Lead to drive the end-to-end Help & Support digital customer journey across web and mobile experiences. This role will partner closely with UX, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to improve customer experience, increase self-service adoption, and drive customer satisfaction outcomes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience within digital products or customer-facing applications
- Experience owning end-to-end digital customer journeys
- Strong background partnering with UX, Design, and Engineering teams
- Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization
- Customer-centric mindset with experience improving digital experiences
- Telecom industry experience preferred but not required
