Job Summary
Social Media & Video Project Coordinator to drive client success and operational excellence by ensuring every video project moves from concept to publication and that organic social media channels remain consistent and error‑free.
Key Responsibilities- Video Project Management & You Tube Optimization: oversee end‑to‑end production workflow, define milestones, coordinate resources, and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Social Media Operations & Quality Assurance: review and approve social posts, maintain publishing cadence, and ensure brand alignment.
- Analytics, Reporting & Client Management: gather You Tube and social metrics, conduct performance reviews, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and serve as primary client liaison.
- 2–4 years in project management, account management, or social media coordination (agency experience a plus).
- Experience managing video production workflows or working closely with creative teams.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and their native analytics tools.
- Impeccable organization and clean timelines.
- Sharp eye for detail, spotting typos, formatting glitches, and off‑brand visuals.
- Polished communication and presentation skills with high responsiveness to clients and internal teams.

Asana, Hub Spot, Clust Doc. - Social Scheduling:
Hootsuite or equivalent. - Communication:
Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace. - AI Software:
Gemini, Claude. - Organic Social Media:
Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In.
