About the Role:

We are seeking a strong Program Manager / BA to lead the Discovery phase of a major infrastructure and migration initiative for Nomura. This role requires excellent stakeholder communication, structured discovery leadership, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous early-stage programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and structure the Discovery phase, defining scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive requirements gathering with Nomura stakeholders and coordinate internal teams.
• Document discovery outcomes, connectivity/migration requirements, risks, and decision points.
• Facilitate cross tower alignment (infra, cloud, end user tech) during discovery discussions.
• Provide crisp, proactive communication across Cognizant and Nomura leadership.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience leading discovery/inception phases in enterprise programs.
• Strong BA capabilities: requirements elicitation, documentation, and decision logging.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Director-level clients.
• Ability to work in evolving/ambiguous environments and drive early program structure.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination experience.
