Deep knowledge of Rally ALM application including PPM.

Deep understanding of Agile concepts. Agile certification preferred.

Strong presentation skills. Must present complex topics to novice audiences.

Scope:

• Interacts with internal teams to understand their needs as they relate to the Rally ALM application and Agile and delivers training based on these needs.
• Leverages deep knowledge of the Rally ALM application to stay abreast of new functionality and communicates these back to the Rally user community at Comcast.
• Stays abreast of developments in Agile/Lean community and incorporates concepts into training and communications.
• Maintains collaboration space for Rally users by frequently posting content and moderating discussions.
• Collaborates with vendor (Rally) and internal resources to leverage all available knowledge resources for the benefit of the user community.

Must Have:

• Deep knowledge of Rally ALM application including PPM.
• Deep understanding of Agile concepts. Agile certification preferred.
• Strong presentation skills. Must present complex topics to novice audiences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience training small and large groups, in-person and remotely.
• Vendor management.
