In this role, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Preferred

Skills:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• Experience with Communications domain.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• Expert in using JMeter 2.8 and above versions for complex front end,middleware and backened applications.
• Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
• Interact with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysis
• Understanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test execution
• Resolving outstanding test data setup issues and queries for performance testing monitoring and analysis
• Own the change control (including impact analysis) process for all scripts
• Prioritize and plan validation of non-functional production issues based on criticality assigned by Program team and client
• Prepare Performance Test Report and share with all the stakeholders
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular JS etc.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
