Service Now Administrator/ Developer

Location:

Philadelphia, PA

Position type: contract (6 months +)

Rate: DOE

US citizen, Green Card, EAD and TN visa preferred

Education and Experience:

• 8+ years of Service Now Administration a/o Development
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level.
• Preferred Degree in Computer Science or MIS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer Service Now tool
• Configure Application UI
• Configure Workflow
• Customize Service Now applications
• Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients on the Service Now platform.
• Collaborate effectively with other Service Now administrators to develop global solutions
• Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Adhere to Service Now development standards
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Ensure the latest release of Service Now application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
• Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
• Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing and production environments
• Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
