Around 5-8+ years of experience in the IT industry
5+ years of relevant experience in Service Now Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps)
Stakeholders, Product Owner, Platform architect level Interactions for platform configurations and troubleshooting discussions
Customization experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications
Work in the Service Now platform developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services.
Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Service Now’s platform level configurations (BR, ACL, Scripting, REST API etc)
Proven experience as a key person handing platform maintenance and development, guide delivery of different Service Now applications implementations.
